We are a single inspector company that does one inspection a day; you can rest assured that your new home is our priority. We provide optional services to the standard home inspection through professional third-party companies; Pinnacle Exterminating for termites and other insects, Advanced Radon for radon level testing, and Midwestern Plumbing for all of your sewer scope and plumbing needs. Our reports are easy to read, have pictures of the issues we find, and aren’t 100 pages long. Your report, in most cases, will be sent no later than the next day, and we are always available to go over them if you are unable to attend the inspection.
