I am a full-time licensed home inspector who has performed thousands of home inspections over the past 21 years. I personally inspect every home to ensure the highest quality home inspections possible. I am a full time licensed home inspector since 2001 in North Carolina and now I am licensed here making me most likely the longest licensed home inspector in Ohio.

I have over fifteen years of construction management experience, and a bachelor's degree in construction management with honors from the University of Cincinnati. Since North Carolina has had licensing for so many years, they have developed much more stringent requirements and standards for home inspections over the years. I am from southwest Ohio and moved back here after spending 19 years in North Carolina.

I perform residential and commercial building inspections, radon testing, and wood destroying insect inspections. I also have a drone for roof inspections.
